Indestructible ! I have been hiking in the mountain trails with my old zero grands. Yes rocks get stuck in the sole, but it has not been a problem. This pair is shiny lol.     • Good, but you sacrifice a few things in favor of style

It’s much better than other shoes out there, but the design is slightly confusing. The first thing you have to know is that the shoe won’t be mind blowingly soft, but it is around as comfortable as standing on something like vans shoes. The holes on top are both a plus and a minus, when you step in a puddle, your feet get instantly soaked, but just by walking around for a bit, they dry up again. Then these holes reduce the structural integrity of the shoe, so I expect the top to be the first part of the shoe that deteriorates, when usually for all my other shoes, it’s the sole that falls off first. With the holes, you can’t shine them the traditional way, you have to be more careful as you might get goo into the inside fiber. Finally you can’t run in these, they’re larger than your foot which is quite comfortable while just standing or walking, but I’m sure they’ll tear if you don’t watch your footing. If all that is okay with you, You’ll get quite a few compliments on it as you walk around, because these are beautiful and excellent as a dress shoe/loafer hybrid ... show more

I can’t say anything that hasn’t been said about these shoes. I bought them a little over 2 yrs ago and I still love them till this day. Aside from a little wear and tear (nothing that a buffing can’t fix), these are still the most comfortable shoes in my closet. I haven’t needed to change the insoles yet (yes, I do clean them, lol). These Zerogrand Wingtip Oxfords are easily among the most comfortable dress-style shoes I’ve owned. I got them in a 10W, and while they definitely feel roomy in the forefoot, they still manage to keep a secure fit around the heel, which is a tough balance to strike in wide sizes. The design is really well done — classic wingtip styling with a modern twist, thanks to the flexible sole and sleek profile. The leather upper feels high-quality and softened up quickly after a short break-in period. They look sharp with business casual outfits and even dressier slacks, but the comfort level makes them feel like sneakers. The Zerogrand sole is where these really shine. They’re extremely light and have a kind of bounce that makes them ideal for long days on your feet. The EVA midsole with the rubber outsole adds enough support and traction without making them stiff or bulky. One small thing to note is that the wide size feels a touch wider than expected — not a problem for me, but if you're between standard and wide, you might want to try both before settling. Also, the storm welt gives it a bit more of a casual look, so these may not be your pick for the most formal settings. Overall, a great mix of style, comfort, and quality.
