These are great. I don't jibe well with lots of shoes but these look great and feel great. Lots of compliments on them. There is a new shoe company (named after a fish) that many claim are even more comfortable than these Cole Haans... all I can tell you is my personal experience - they don't come close to these. For a company that markets a luxury product, they failed to deliver on nearly every end. I've had these shoes for nearly 2 months, they are NOT my daily drivers, I only wear them on a few different occasions so I've worn them only a handful of times(3 or 4 to be exact.) I first messaged their support online and they said jokes on you since they've already been worn we can't return them but maybe try calling and we can help. I called and the lady on the phone said no problem and that if I went to customer care back online they have a shoe repair service, BUT she left out that they want me to pay to repair their horrible product. Needless to say I was very let down by Cole Haan and will likely never buy a product from them again unless there is a sincere resolution not on my dime ... show more
