I have had mixed experiences with Cole Han from excellent to meh, but these have worked out great. I wear them to work for a business casual vibe I can get without wearing out my serious suit shoes. I love the rubber soles. I was injured years ago and I have become far too frail for a 45-year-old, but that is life. Rubber soled shoes are a necessity now, and these fit the bill without looking ridiculous. I also prefer this grey color. I wish more shoes came in this lovely color. In addition, the fit is like a dress shoe (actual size), not the too small sizing of sneakers/runners.
