All around a bad product. They are clunky and not flexible for running at all. The sole of the shoe is made entirely make out of plastic other than the faux rubber for the bottom. Also the shoe laces are completely for show - they're slip on shoes - the laces are useless, because the tongue of the shoe is sown into the sides.
