My wife ordered some wool and got one of these sachets in the package, so we picked up the 4-pack. Each one is noticeably different from the others, but all are delicious. They are naturally sweet (for coffee); I have mine with milk to avoid messing with my blood sugar. The one cup brewing system is an easy to use pour-over that can be composted afterwards. The coffee, while pre-ground, tastes fresh each time. It's easy to stuff into a backpack or purse to take along to the office or wherever, just supply a small cup. The one request I would have is based on the fact that all four of the coffees are medium roast. I would love to a light roast selection. This would allow the nuances of the flavors to stand out even more. Hence the four stars for flavor; light roast options would be a great improvement. Otherwise, I'm very happy with these coffees.
