I read reviews and decided to order a half size up. I typically wear 10.5ww women’s size and ordered 11. They are a bit snug in length at first, but I figured out that when sitting I could reposition my foot to the back of the shoes to help train the indentation in the memory foam to cup my heel there. These shoes are like walking on a cloud, and so warm. The pink color is beautiful. Shoes are very well made. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very nice slippers. Warm, comfortable, attractive. I had bought these for my plantar fasciitis, and I found the arches to be only ok, not as good as I hoped, which is the reason for the lost star. They are certainly better than flat, but not quite high enough for me. Also, the heal is a bit firmer than I had hoped. I was hoping for more padding on the heel. If you do not have plantar fasciitis, then this will be a good pair of slippers. Also, beware they run small. I normally wear a size 9.5. I bought these in size 11, as I had read the reviews. They are a tad bit big - a 10.5 would have been perfect if they made it, but the 10 would probably have been too small - especially with socks.

I loved these comfortable shoes. I have small feet and I have plantar fasciitis, so I cannot wear slippers, as my feet gets horribly cold. I hate cracked heels and that’s why I don’t like wearing slippers in the cold. These shoes fit my needs perfectly. They are perfect for plantar fasciitis, fit my feet and keep my heels from cracking in the cold. Good value for my money spend. I have not yet washed so I do not how they shall on being washed. I think they are good quality shoes. Give them a try.

For me they run true to size. I followed the recommendations to size up and they were too big so I reordered my true size. I have a super arch and these offer a decent amount of support when compared with most slippers. Comfortable and warm!

My sister-in-law bought me a similar pair last Christmas for everyday wear while working from home. I managed to put a hole through toe of one of the pair within about 8 months. While looking for a generally similar set if slippers, I ran across these. They indicated that they have built-in arch support. Well, not that noticeable. My natural foot arches are different at this time. The left foot needs more support than the right. As such, I can feel the arch "support" in the left slipper. On the right, I can't feel it at all, so I'd say these don't have enough support for anyone with high arches. I tried to go with an outside pair of insoles to achieve proper support for my feet. They turned out to be too rigid. I will try a different style of insoles that aren't as high profile. The quality of the materials / construction of the slippers doesn't feel like they will hold up even for 8 months. They also run wide. The more I write, the more I realize that these won't be my favorite pair of slippers ever. The color is a cross between pink and lavender. The pink is winning out on the color scale. After being vacuum-packed for shipping , the faux fur trim is not very fluffy, even after some time liberated from the packaging. My impression is to be underwhelmed by these slippers at the suggested retail price point. With cooler fall weather coming, especially mornings and evenings, I will keep these to make my toes warm. Otherwise, I'd return these and try a different manufacturer / style.

First of all, I ordered a size up, and I'm sure glad I did. I normally wear a size 10 shoe, and even measured the length of my foot from toe to heel (per the size chart) to make sure I get the right size. I went ahead and ordered a size bigger (size 11), just in case, and they fit perfectly. The 10 would've been too small. I like that they look more like moccasins. Also, I have a wide foot/tall arch. They advertise arch support, which I can feel, but there's not a lot of it. However, you CAN tell a slight difference between them and slippers that DON'T have arch support. The bottoms ARE slip resistant. We have wood floors throughout most of our house, so slip resistance was important. By the way, these aren't slip-ons. I had to pull the backside of the slippers over my heel to get them on (per the picture). For all of the reasons given, I give this a 4 out of 5. I would recommend these slippers.
