The media could not be loaded. I really like this server book, but I don’t use a guest order pad. So finding paper to fit it is crazy. I buy the long memo pads from the dollar store. I tried cutting the card board to fit the slot. That became a chore. So now I just paper clip it. Oh and another thing…. Us left handed people need a lefty option. It’s meant for right handed people. You can’t turn it upside down. Which I’ll deal with these small cons. I know I will order another one in the future. Mine is also changing colors, but it’s not a big deal.

I've been using this for over a month now, and it's perfect. I like how it fits in my apron and allows me to bend over without obstructing my stomach, which was the problem I had with every other server book I tried, and the price is unbeatable.

I love this folder. OK, I know this was designed for waiters and waitresses to present their bill for food served, and it does that job with class. I bought it as a handbag size notes folder. I keep postage stamps, return address labels, post-it notes, business cards, a small notepad and a pen in mine. I can stash it in my purse on the go and quickly access these items as needed. The cover is so beautiful, it makes a classy edition to my iPad, Kindle, and iPhone covers, as they are all coordinated with a teal marbled graphic. LOVE IT!

On description of product says it's a green marble. Opened the box and it's no where near the color green. It's blue. The texture of the server book also doesn't feel like how it looks. Feels like the book is flimsy and not durable at all. Disappointed and will be returning product.

Love this! Extra short so it tucks almost entirely, sturdy metal plated corners and I got black/gold marble and every time I pull it out someone compliments me. With gold wine key, cigar cutter, lighter and jewelry it really looks pulled together. I didn't realize til after I bought it there's a lifetime warranty. I appreciate a small business doing good business. Thanks to them! **one tiny gripe: it makes me insane that the space behind the order pad doesn't open at the top. My hands think to put money behind the order pad, especially when I'm busy. So it trips me up until my muscles memorize these pockets.

I love how organized I am as a server now with this book and how many pockets it has. I feel like my money is safer in this server book but as you can see on the pictures it has started to fade into just black on the outside but it used to look how the marble pattern looks on the inside. Overall I love the book just with it didn't fade! This is after a month of use.
