I ordered two sizes because I'm usually a 6/6.5 in basic shoes and heels, and a 7 in running shoes. The 7's felt comfortable everywhere but the heal was very loose. I would need a pretty thick heal pad to make it fit (unsure if that would even work). So I'll be returning this pair since the 6.5 fit better. That being said, the 6.5 is very snug, I almost wish there was a middle size between the 6.5 and 7... but to be honest most of the loafers I've worn over the years fit really strange. These shoes arrived brand new, completely packaged still however, the 6.5 size I got arrived used... so what you get can kinda be a hit or miss... ... show more

I rarely write reviews but this is my second pair of Coach Shoes and I luv them !!! They look so good and feel even better. For me they are very true to their size. I wear a 7 and bought a 7 and they are perfect. I got the brown/ black coach pattern and can wear them with anything. Loved these shoes but I had to return them. They were too small in the toe box area. But they seem like they would be perfect with a pair of jeans or a skirt with tights.

Beautiful shoe, but very uncomfortable. Could barely walk in them after wearing them for four hours. For the price I was counting on a comfortable shoe. It seems they are selling the brand rather than the shoe.
