This review is for Coach Women's Abigail Ballet Flat I'd give these a 3.5 if I could. The shoes are cute, but they're not what I expect from Coach. There are a few confusing issues right off the top. The store description states that there is a leather sole in one spot and then says it's a rubber sole in another. For clarification, the shoes I received have a rubber sole. The rubber sole is good for day long comfort and wear. The description also states these are machine washable. I find that hard to believe, and mine came with no care instructions. They arrived in a plastic bag, no box, with no mention of machine washing or any other care directions. I would use caution and reach out to Coach before I put these in a washing machine. If you have wider feet, choose carefully here. My feet are narrow and these fit me perfectly in their regular size. The shoes are very cute and will match a lot of outfits and styles from casual to dressy. There's not much cushion in the sole of the shoe and the toe area is shallow so longer toes may show cleavage in case that matters to you. I will say, they look great on. I don't know how well they'll hold up. Workmanship is nothing special, and I'm not sure I see the value with this pair of shoes. I'd recommend a pass on these.

Very true to size! They fit well and look beautiful with every type of outfit. The craftsmanship is beautiful and detailed. They were little snug at first but they losen up with usage. If you have wide feet look elsewhere! But for normal size or narrow fit they are a great option

What's not to love? We don't normally buy designer brands outside of a few MK purses for my wife, but these are fantastic. The fit and quality was beyond expectations. The design is great for a dressier casual situation. They're comfortable to wear and look amazing.
