I was really impressed with this pair of driving loafers in taupe suede. They have a really nice rubberized sole with toe and heel lips so they are perfect for driving in, and the inner lining is super soft and supple. I still wear no-show socks since my feet can get pretty sweaty in this Texas heat, but it still helps to have a soft interior lining. I like that these are light suede which go with everything from a nice pair of light wash or dark raw denim jeans, paired with a t-shirt or polo, to shorts with a light linen shirt for some summer style. These are what I would call a normal or more narrow styled taper in design so if you have really wide feet, these may not be the right sized loafer. It's nice to see a brand name shoe for not a whole lot of money so if you have been eyeing these, I would recommend getting a pair to try out!

I don't normally do loafers or slip-ons, I'm more of a jeans, t-shirt, and boots kinda guy, but as I get older I thought I'd expand my horizons a bit and not slot myself into an archetype. I grabbed these on brand recognition and thinking "Well, I never hear anything bad about them..." and I'm glad I did. The construction and finish are definitely the quality you'd expect from a named brand such as Coach. They're a little tight getting on, but if you have a shoe-horn, it's not fuss at all. Also, I should not that I purchased a half size bigger than my normal size, as they were not offered in my normal one, and I'm glad I did. Each manufacturer is a little different here and there, and the half-size up worked well for me. They're comfortable around the house. I suspect I could wear these casually in the kinds of places where boots are overkill, and khaki's are the norm. The sole tends to flex a bit more than I'm normally comfortable with, but this was all about getting out of my comfort zone as well, and I realize a lot of shoes like this do this. I guess what I'm saying is, if you're a boots and jeans guy, but want to break from your norm and maybe surprise your other halves with your flexibility - these do that job very well. I'm kind-of glad I got them.

As you'd expect form a pair of Coach loafers, these shoes are very high quality. They look and feel very premium and are now a stable in my wardrobe. They are fairly comfortable to wear (considering they are loafers) and they go with just about anything. The only criticism is that they are fit slightly large, but it's primarily the width that's large. I do have fairly narrow feet so I have this problem with a lot of shoes so it's not a huge problem and if you have wider or even average width feet, it may not be a problem at all. Overall, a great pair of loafers.

This is the second pair of loafers that I have ever worn and owned, and these are my favorite. They are perfect for lounging around or going out. I wear a lot of muted colors, so the color of these match most of my outfits. These are very comfortable as well, there is a lot more cushion to these than you would expect. They are also well put together, and the sizing is right on. I don't know if a machine made these or man, but they feel like they have that personal touch. All in all I am very impressed with these. They are definitely a premium shoe, and I think if you're in the market for a shoe like this, and value comfort this is definitely one to consider.

I'm not particularly mesmerized by upscale branding on a product that no longer reflects the same level of attention to detail or qualitative construction that placed it on a higher eschelon but the price premium remains. These suede drivers are comfortable, accurately sized and present very well. But, I find nothing about them other than the name on the penny loafer crossband that places them above other leading shoe brands available at one half the retail price.
