It is a beautiful bag. Feels nice to the touch. But the way it was delivered to me just thrown into the box caused it to be damaged upon arrival. The leather is buttery soft and prone to damage is not stored properly. Also the puffiness of the bag make it hard to set up the purse for functionality.

I was hesitant to buy this Coach bag on Amazon, but I’m glad I did! It’s so amazing. Packaging and shipping was great. This purse really is as plush and soft as everyone is saying! It’s the perfect medium bag and I just may purchase the black one!

The “C” bag closure is scratched. As if it was returned already after an accident with a previous buyer. Would like to replace but I only see the option for a refund. Other than that the bag isn’t bad it just sucks that I can’t get another one or some assistance with the current one I have.

I returned this bag because it was previously owned and then returned by another buyer. When I purchased the bag it was supposed to new as the “buy new” button next to the price point says. I love the puffy feel of the bag. Take very good care of it but very sad & disappointed to see scratches on the closure C after a week! Poor leather material! Looks ugly now! Tried Coach moisturizer but no help!

I was going to return only because I found a cheaper option somewhere else but its absolutely beautiful!! At first, it feels like it doesn't fit much but once the leather sets in it can fit a ton . I was debating between this bag and the Marc Jacobs tote but I'm soo glad I went this one. Soo classy... Dress up or drees down(everyday bag). I want the black one...
