Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve been hunting for a cross body for some time. This one from Coach is the perfect size. Large enough for a Playbill (my requirement) but flat enough to be comfortable carrying around all day.

Attractive color and nice size for daily use. However, none of the zippers move smoothly so that is worth a -1 star. For the price of this purse everything should be exceptional.

I thought I finally found a coach that I could wear daily and a beautiful deep blue. The size is perfect and the strap is a good width but, it is not as dark as the photo and the strap length could b longer for a cross body. Even this was not enough for me to return it. As others have stated, the cutout for the back zipper extends over the zipper making it a struggle to open and close. The main zipper and side zipper open opposite instead of going the same direction. The front pocket turn lock is made for tiny fingers. The chain holding the coach tag broke open after 10 mins of wearing it THE FIRST TIME. I opened the Amazon box and it was in an Amazon return plastic bag with nothing protecting anything. I work 2 jobs and for me, it’s not worth my hard earned $300. ... show more

This Coach Crossbody bag is not my first Coach bag, so I knew what to expect in quality. Upon arrival, my first reaction was surprise, as it wasn't in a Coach box -- which is how I'm used to storing them. The purse was nicely wrapped though, with each component covered with paper. Included WAS a purse bag, but it isn't the same quality as the more impressive purse bags from years past, I'm afraid. The bag itself isn't what I would consider NAVY blue, which greatly surprised me! I'd say as navy blue goes, It's a medium blue, not a rich, true navy. In darker circumstance, it could pass for black; in daylight or warm room light, it's very much lighter than traditional navy. This lighter blue makes the pebble finish really stand out, if one likes a pebble finish. The bag is a very nice size -- large enough to hold plenty of necessities, but not "look at me!" big. The adjustable strap works well, but since it is removable, I'm wondering why a short hand strap was not included -- it would have been appreciated. I love this bag so much. The quality is great, like you would expect from Coach. The strap is thick and comfortable. All the hardware came carefully wrapped and is in pristine condition. The listing says Navy Blue in color, and it is, but in direct sunlight it looks more Cobalt Blue, which I just love. Amazing bag and perfect for fall. Holds more than I expected too. ... show more

Good quality but very heavy for the size. Stiff and was hard to put all my necessities in. The blue is more royal than navy. Of this is what you’re looking for, it was very good quality. Just not what I was looking for.
