I wasn't sure I wanted this. I just knew I didn't want to try to fish miniclips out of a box or pile when I was in a hurry. I wondered, though, if this would work as well as my wrist pin cushion does for pins. The answer is yes and no. I don't try to keep a lot of clips in it, but that's not what it's meant for. I mostly use the clips when hand finishing bindings on quilts in the evening watching TV, and a handy temporary place to set the clips as I worked was tricky. I usually ended up clipping them onto my clothing, and sometimes forgot to remove them. This handy dandy bracelet solves the problem nicely. I'm not sure how long it will hold up, since it's made of felt, but I'm sure glad I bought it, and I'd definitely recommend it. Thought it might twist on my wrist, but it's stayed in place comfortably. Fits in my little "binding" notion box too. Hmmm. Could probably stick my needle in there too between bindings. ... show more

I liked the idea of this, but I find it easier to keep clips nearby in a jar. Also, it's a little bit tight on my wrist.

    • Pin(clip) cushion on point for sewing, crafting, and other diy projects.
New to the little clips that one uses with this cushion. Loved using the clips and wrist cushion with my last project. I foresee using pins much less now that I've discovered these. Color is nice and construction feels sturdy.

Holds the clips well, but keeps sliding around my wrist. (I have relatively small wrists.) Easier to just put the clips in bowl, or better yet, just buy the clips that come in a cute little tin with a handle. (Just search for 'quilt clips'. It's an Amazon best seller.)

exactly as soon in a magazineand I will use it when binding quilts--was always at a loss as what to do with the clips as I reoved them and this will also make it easier as I put them on the edges.
