I don't like artificial plants, let me start with that. I know have two rectangular planters out on my patio, with three sets of these artificial vines in them. Our patio faces west, and in the Colorado sunshine, our patio gets TONS of SUN! I have tried and tried over the past 3 years, to grow various flowers, plants, ornamental grasses, herbs (you get the picture), small trees, and nothing grows. We always water whatever w have planted out there, but NO SUCCESS. I'm tired of spending money on plants/flowers/herbs that just won't make it. So, after researching artificial plants, I decided to give them a try. YES!!! These look good. I don't have to water them. I don't have to worry about getting them into the shade. Hint: When you open the packages, you have to work with the vines, spreading them out, etc. It takes about 5 minutes of so. The hanging plants are great. My only complaint is that it has a strong “plastic/manufactured smell” that hasn’t gone away. I placed them outside, hoping to reduce the smell. Being outside for close to 2 weeks now, the smell isn’t decreasing at all. I repurposed the hanging greenery to outside.

The cascading vines are thin. Note how small the packaging is for 2 bundles in each package. I need the vines to cascade a tall porch vase, bit each vase would require 6-8 bundles for my desired look. They look fake close up. Great from a distance, but not bor my project.
