Love this book! It is wonderful for being able to keep track of ALL your child’s medical history. There is a place for everything. It also can be used for many years and not just as a baby. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great record keeper. As with all things Clever Fox, the quality is exceptional. Love the planner stickers though I'd have liked to have more, two sheets isn't enough. It's easy to use and track well visits, ailments, office visits, and medication. There's even a notes section. You can also track family history, doctor, insurance, pharmacy, immunization, dental, and growth charts/records. It gives you everything you'd want the ability to keep track of as your child grows.

When my son was born he came early, stayed in the NICU, and seemed to have small issues here and there. When either my husband or I take our son when the other cant, it's nice to have a journal where we can jot and record everything for the other. It's so incredibly useful for anyone honestly. It's a great size, fits in purses or diaper bags, and Clever Fox has always been one of the best journal makers. It's incredibly organized and we are thankful to have a quick reference book for our baby boy.

30 years ago I received a baby wellness book from my town and I absolutely loved it. My daughter now has a baby and I’ve been looking for a child health record book for her to keep track of all his health visits. I’ve attached several photographs of the pictures of the pages, Amazon does not show you enough to figure out if it’s what you are looking for. I had a vision of what I wanted and upon arrival, this book exceeded expectations. The book has lots of pages to document every health and dental detail up to age 18. In addition, it includes pages for Dr info, growth charts, family history, stickers, a build in pocket, spiral binding, organized side tabs, pen holder and page marking ribbons that cheaper books do not include. I had bought another cheaper thinner book my daughter did not like. This book is bulkier but is still easy to throw in the diaper bag to take to appointments. The hard pleather cover and spiral binding prevent tearing. The windy blue color is a gray blue. It’s well made to withstand years of documenting health records. I like there is a wellness page for each standard baby well visit annually to age 18. There is a section for ailments, there is another section for specialist office visits. There is a tab for medication and supplements as well as a tab for additional notes. This book is very comprehensive for the organized parent. I can remember when I would bring my book to Dr. visits. The doctors were always impressed I knew any prescriptions my children had taken or might’ve been prescribed by another doctor. I had it all of my fingertips. We never went to a doctor visit without it. The book goes into detail so that you do not forget any important information. It is a great way to keep track of immunizations, illnesses, medication, dental visit, tooth loss, birth and family history, etc. The book measures 8 7/16 inches tall by 6 1/4 inches wide including the 1/2” additional width of the spiral binding, by 3/4” thick; it’s a little bulky but still easy to bring to dr visits in the diaper bag or your purse. It has an elastic strap to keep the pages together. It’s totally worth having all your records in one place. I had a book for each one of my children, I used or referred to over and over again. I highly recommend. Again, look at my photos to get a good idea of what the book pages entail; it will help justify the higher price.
