Because they're wool, the slippers are much warmer than the synthetic and leather slippers I have. Hate this kind of faux fur lining because it mats down and can't be cleaned. Got these houseshoes today, put them on, and am still wearing them as I am writing this message. They are super comfortable and warm. I have a narrow foot, but know Clark's run tight so I ordered the wide, and they are perfect with socks. Some comments were made about them being too boxy. They are roomy and comfortable, so what, they are warm and that's what counts. Been buying " fluffy " synthetic ones before, they looked good for a while but didn't deliver on either warmth or lasting long. I don't usually write reviews, but these are worth while a comment. Cute clogs for around the house but not super plush. I actually don’t mind that because you can wear socks then but the toe area is pretty square and wide so a little odd looking. They run small so go up half a size. Mine barely fit. I just can’t return them due to traveling.
