I was looking for a wide slipper that was warm and could be used for a quick run outside. These slippers are very attractive. They are warm and comfy. However, they are not wide enough for my foot. They are tight with a very thin sock so I wear them with no socks. There is little arch support which causes my knees to hurt if I do too much walking in them. These slippers are okay for someone who spends their time in a recliner or on a couch, but they’re not for me. I am tender footed, and these slippers provide zero cushion or support. It’s nice that they have rubber soles so you can get the mail in them, but I found them uncomfortable even for short potty walks with the dog in the middle of the night . The fake fur lining makes my feet sweat, also. I’m surprised at all the great reviews. I’ll go back to my Romika Mokassos - they’re expensive, but they last for YEARS and provide shock absorption and support for sensitive feet. I guess you get what you pay for. ... show more
