I caught these on sale for $25, which I was thrilled about. They’re so very cute and well made but the 8 was just slightly too small. in my experience, 8.5 is always too big, so I didn’t bother reordering. This just wasn’t a good shoe for me. The style of the shoe is perfect for work pr to dress up a pair of jeans s for dinner BUT they are narrow. I wear and 8.5 and sometimes an 8.5 wide. I got the wide in my size because I fear that squeezing pain I used to endure when I wore stilettos. Wide’s usually end up being a little longer than the regular size. It was so close but would slip out of the back of the shoe when I walked. I had to experiment with ways to make it fit comfortably. I found two. 1) Find the best arch support inserts. Mine had to be the thinnest available. 2) Put exactly the right amount of Kleenex into the front of the shoe. I used #2. It has worked beautifully.
