This ticked all the boxes they are sharp looking and best test fit my narrow feet very nicely. The zipper opens and closes easily they are pretty much a slip on because of the zipper. If ur foot isn’t narrow you can loosen the ties and open them up a little. If you’re on the fence about purchasing get off of it and do it u won’t regret. I wear a 9 and they fit great makes my feet look smaller. These are not clunky chunky tennis she they are pretty stresmlined

I love these shoes for work. I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable. I have a high arch and need lots of support. These shoes give that. I love that you can dress these up or wear them with jeans. The zipper is a cute addition. I will definitely buy these again. They are true to size.

Great shoes but not for intensive walking.

These are really cute shoes. Slightly snuggly in the toe box, but I'm used to wearing shoes with a very wide toe box. I put orthotics in these and was very sore after walking around in the for a couple hours. But for a non-intensive day they go with everything and look fashionable and even a little fancy.

Super cute shoe and comfortable but it has a sweet chemical smell to it which makes me think these are not original Clarks, I guess the price should have given it away. If I can get rid of the smell I will keep them otherwise their going back.

Very nice looking pair

This is my first pair of Clark's and I loved the material. I love the color. The fitting is perfect for my feet and I actually wear a brace foot brace and if it's perfect in it so I'm happy with this purchase. They're very durable. I like the soul thickness. They're a little bit stiff, but I'm OK with that because I'm handicap and I have a left foot drop so I don't walk very fast but I'm happy with them.

Disappointing Quality – Not What I Expected from Clarks I purchased both the 6 1/2 Wide and the regular size 7 in the Clarks Women's Caroline Janna Leather Side Zip Fashion Sneaker, hoping they would be a comfortable, stylish addition to my wardrobe. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall quality. The zipper is a major issue – it’s extremely difficult to zip and seems like it will stop functioning altogether very soon. The design is cute, especially the bronze metallic color, but the craftsmanship is lacking. Fit was another major concern. Despite trying both a regular and wide size, the shoes still didn’t work for me. The toe area felt tight, even in the wide, while the heel slipped up and down, creating an insecure fit. The shoes also felt stiff and uncomfortable, with no give in the material, making them feel much harder than I expected. For a brand like Clarks, which is known for comfort and quality, these shoes were a huge letdown. I ended up returning them and am now rethinking my future purchases from the brand. Unfortunately, the Caroline Janna style just didn’t live up to the reputation I’ve come to expect.
