I purposely to choose a half size bigger than my feet so I can add in silicon pads for heels, ankles and archs. Now, it became an wonderful shoes that I can wear it for 10hours at work with no issue. The grabbing on ankles only loose on my left foot, but I guess I my feet are different from left to right, and the right side is perfect. The shoes are soft by itself, however. The tan and shinny surface looks great, and the wrinkles caused by the walking won't show up as much as other shoes/color. It still looks great after I wear it for a week (30+ total hours). The bottom of the shoes have good traction to carpet and antistatic plastic lab tiles ground. It's not slippery at slightly wet restroom floor as well. ... show more

I've worn these to the office for about four months. No inserts (I always wear arch support inserts) have been needed with these shoes. However for me the heal is just a tad to high for me. I really love the shoe. Unfortunately the "Dark Tan" is much lighter in colour that shown on the website. Find that a bit disappointing as I expected a darker shade.
