Ive worn out one pair working nonstop for a year catering and wedding events. Hands down best shoe for service industry. The soles will wear out over time but that is expected with any nonslip shoe. Have battled outdoor weddings and mud and severe scratches with a simple polish all back to normal. Excellent fit. Best bang for your buck for service industry. The shoes are comfortable enough for the first 2-4 hours but after that any slightly ill-fitting points start aching. I generally perfer higher arches than average these are a bit lower than my liking but still completely acceptable.

After reading other reviews I went with a sz 9 W instead of 9 1/2 regular which is what I usually wear and that made for a perfect fit. These are very comfortable and give me happy feet.

You will likely need to buy at least one size down (or more) from your regular size as these run quite large. Buy way in advance of needing them as you may need to try several pairs before you find the right fit.
