The price for this pair was affordable and worth a try, especially a try before you buy. Once they arrived and he tried them on he was sold and we completed the transaction. They fit true to size. However, little arch support.........simply add a insole with semi rigid arch and then perfect, esp if you have flat feet like myself. Also note that these shoes run 1 full size smaller vs athletic shoes. I buy W in casual shoes, N in athletic shoes so my feet don't feel tight/compressed that then causes discomfort. ... show more

So I had to order 3 pairs to find the right fit. I usually wear a 10.5 reg. When it came they were slightly too big and the crease on top hurt my foot. So I ordered a size 10 reg, that was slightly too tight. I ordered a 10 wide. Fit was perfect.(Like the 3 bears). Wore them around the house for about an hour. I felt the wear on my foot where potential blisters would be. I'm type 2 diabetic and that could be a problem if I wore them without doing something. So I placed blister pads where there would be a problem. Went out that night with a change of shoes just in case. Had no problems, they were very comfortable. And I wore them to a club with my wife. I actually danced and they are very comfortable. Like all shoes,that are real leather, there is a break in period. So prepare for the worst until you get them broken in.
