I bought this for my Silhouette cameo 4 and so far, it works like a breeze. I was skeptical at first after I read some reviews about the holder not fitting any of the silhouette cameo 4 adapters. I prayed hard. I was overjoyed when they fit the blue adapter like a glove. I spent the next hour tweaking the blade depth to get the best depth for my rhinestone sticky flock. For me, It cuts better that the auto blade it replaced. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ UPDATE!!! I removed one star cos I couldn’t get it to cut a thicker rhinestone flock material well enough for the holes to fall out. ... show more

I ordered these after having read the reviews for my Silhoutte machine. I had a hard time figuring out how the blades stayed in, even after watching the video. After going through the packaging again, I found that I was sent blades that need the springs! The springs were in the packaging so I was able to figure out how they went in after a few minutes. So far they seem to be cutting well though so I am hopefully optimistic! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because my package had springs and that was NOT listed on the product page. ... show more

Ordered this not sure how hard it would be to use on my Silhouette SD (which is an older model) Put the cutting blade into the holder, replaced the Silhouette blade holder. Snapped it in and tried a sample and it worked great. Happy to be able to purchase blades at a better price.

First I would like to thank all of the other reviewers before me who shared their experience and tips! Every bit of their info was helpful. So I not only highly reccomend these blades and holder I highly reccomend you read as many reviews as possible! So yes ...there is a bit if a learning curve with these blades but once you get it you'll love them! I did many Christmas cards that had intricate cuts and small pieces and once I got the hang of the right blade depth it cut them like a dream! These blades are great because: - you get 3 different sets of angles 30°,45°, 60° -6 blades of each angle in little cases with tip protectors on and holder - clean cuts, even the intricate ones -last but not least the PRICE! What a great value. You'll get many many more projects out of these for much less than name brand blade. My set came with the springs which threw me off. But I went back and checked reviews and customer questions and found they are included but you no longer need them do to redesign. I labeled each of the plastic containers with the angle for quick use when changing blades. **BE CAREFUL when changing blades they ARE SHARP.** ... show more

I purchased two of these to cut stickers on a Cameo 4, one to kiss cut the vinyl and one to cut through. These blades cut very well. I don't know how long they will last but it seems like a bargain. They were recognized as autoblades in tool holder 1 when using the black and gray adapters. They didn't fit the adapters initially and I had to file off all the silver paint from the body of the CB09 to get it to fit. I also cut a slot in the top of the adjuster because only the top is exposed once it's in the adapter. There are springs provided with the blades but the latest blade holder has a permanent spring so I didn't use a spring. It can be a little tricky to insert the blade through the tip because it can catch on the internal spring. A drop of machine oil on the conical bearing has been recommended by others, and I removed the adjustment screw entirely to put some synthetic grease on the threads so that it turns smoothly. The cameo 4 will try to adjust the blade depth (which has to be done manually with this cutter) but otherwise it works just fine. ... show more

I bought this in 2019 and when it arrived I had no idea how to actually assemble it so I stuck it in a drawer and forgot about it. A week or so ago I needed to change the blade in my Cameo2 and saw this and decided to give it another try. It's actually very easy to drop the blade in and twist to adjust the depth. I am so impressed with how well this cuts! Much cleaner than the original ratchet blade. I'm ordering more even though I still have plenty left. I'm hopeful that they also last longer than the ratchet blades but too soon for me to speak to that. The blade I'm using is the blue 60 degree...I haven't tried the others yet. ... show more

I ordered these for my Curio and I really like the blades. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5 stars was because I had to figure out how to install them. The directions are NOT CORRECT but once I got them in they preformed excellent. I love the fact that there are so many to a pack. I will definitely order again if i have to, but i think that's a long ways down the road because there are so many blades. I ended up selling the Curio and buying a Cameo, so I hope they will fit. I will update this as necessary. ... show more

Confirmed as of this review, 01/03/23, this DOES fit in the tool adapters for Silhouette Cameo 4. Works flawlessly, blades cut better & cleaner than Silhouette's proprietary blades. Get this, manually adjust it, and you'll never need another cutting tool again.
