The fabric is very nice, soft and comfortable and has a heaviness to it that makes the skirt drape and hang well. I was worried the v-neck would be too low since I’m petite, but the way it folds over the chest is very modest. I love the elastic in the waist that is comfortable and makes it easy to get the dress on and off. The gathered waist acts like a belt and is slimming. The dark navy color is accurate, and of course I must mention that the dress has pockets. It’s a good basic that can be accessorized easily. It washed on gentle cycle with no issues and was hung to dry. It had no wrinkles and would be ideal for packing in a suitcase.

This dress is even better than I thought it would be. The fit is great, it looks nice, and is perfect for travel. I expect to be on a transatlantic flight soon and I like to wear something that is comfortable but also will look nice when I arrive at my destination. I was concerned that the cross-v neck would be too low but it’s just right and holds you in without being too tight. The band at the base of the bodice comes right at the waist and then the skirt flares from there. The material has a fine rib in it as shown in the photo and launders perfectly. There’s no shrinkage and absolutely no wrinkling after machine washing and drying. There are two nice sized pockets which are also a plus. I love wearing this dress and am so glad I ordered it.

I am between regular and petite and size 12 was a great flattering fit for me. The neckline isn't too low in the V for once and the sleeves have enough sleeve on them to not be sleeveless. The material reminds me of some that was common in the late 1990s- it is stretchy and ribbed and best to be steamed rather than ironed. I think this makes a great travel dress as long as you don't crumple it all the way in a ball. It's comfortable and looks pulled together because it has somewhat of a built in belt where it gathers at a high waist.

My daughter got this dress and she loves it! She likes the simple look and the ease of putting it on and taking it off. Dress is 96% polyester and 4% Elastane. Machine washable makes it easy to keep clean. The V-neck is a key feature on this dress. Great gift idea.

Dress runs pretty true to size- it has some stretch so I probably could have sized down though. Material is comfortable against my skin. The neckline is flattering- and you can adjust it a little for more or less skin showing. It’s a pretty basic dress that you can dress up or down- so very versatile.
