The material is a nice sheer fabric. I love the the halter top. However, it will be returned because it's larger than expected and long. Without the belt, it is right pass my ankles and really loose. Adding the sheer belt helps with lifting the dress but it takes away from the classy look. Overall it would be ok in a smaller size.

The dress is beautiful and well made, and m sure it’s absolutely stunning on the right woman, unfortunately that wasn’t me. I am 5’q, 200lb, 44B bra size and ordered and XL. The belt/sash isn’t made onto the dress so it feels more like a nightgown at first, it was much too long and not flattering for me but I did love the idea of it!

I ordered this dress last minute for a wedding. It’s beautiful and color was perfect as well. I usually wear a size L but after reading the reviews I decided to get a M and it was perfect. The neck was too tight for me but I fixed it easily adding a bit of material in the back. Over all great buy, I would definitely recommend:)
