This product is really nice to continue therapy for our little one with cerebral palsy. This is the 3rd time I've ordered it. The first time I received hand rails the next two times no hand rails. I've contacted the company and haven't heard from them. Very frustrating because it's something I need.

Missing the rails, i have already sent the replacement red rocker back well over a month ago, it didnt have handrails, and yes i did receive the replacement ,i shouldnt have been charged again, thank you Marie Bassett, It was sent back thru the UPS store on Grape street
