They really thought of everything with this very helpful booster seat/chair. It supports that new high chair user, with a secure belt (with adjustable 3 point harness) and tray in front. And that tray can go in the dishwasher? I love it. I think I encourage use of this portable chair the most when you go out to eat, because (as a waitress for quite a while) I can confirm that you have NO idea when that booster seat for your little one was washed down last. This folding, lightweight little chair lets you take your own accommodations WITH you! So ideal! And so much safer - not only with reference to the previously considered germs, but you'll know how well your child will be strapped into the seat at your table. I am so impressed with this cool little chair. It grows with your child - allowing him/her to have their own seat for reading, eating or watching movies. It hold up to a 50 lbs. little person. And if you are expecting a high price for something so well designed and ideal for your child, well, you'll be as surprised as I was at it's current price of $29.99. This is an ideal baby shower gift. The parents will love it! As a final note: Part of a child's development is eating together with their family; being social. I like the versatility of this chair. It is made of a thick hard plastic. It is wide, deep and roomy for toddlers to sit in. The chair comes collapsed and opens up easily just by lifting the back and the legs out. It collapses easily by pulling the tabs on each part. It cleans easily. It can be a stand alone chair or feeding/play table or serve as a booster seat. The booster has two levels: with or without the legs opened up. The straps to wrap around a chair can be tucked into compartments. The cons: it is very deep, which means my almost toddler can’t put his legs down while sitting on it. And it is short, so when my son’s legs are long enough to fit the depth, his legs will be too long for the height. You need a big enough chair for this to serve as a booster seat, but this has a wide foot print and does not fit my dining chairs which are on the smaller side. The snack tray is a bit shallow and has a wide lip all around so while there is good enough surface area for food, there isn’t much for toys/crafts. While the chair collapses and has a handle to easily carry it, you’ll need to carry the snack tray separately. I wish it came with a bag for everything or at least for the snack tray. The snack tray doesn’t snap in or get removed so easily, but you get used to it. Overall, the versatility is the main draw to this and it’s at an affordable price. ... show more

My baby is still learning to sit in this chair all alone, but he is so happy to sit in with little help. Easy to use, wash. Multipurpose and can be carried anywhere portably. Doesn't take up much space. Only thing i felt was it would have been better if there was strap around arms just like in car seat. It would have been more safer when used as chair. ... show more

This Chicco Booster Seat is AWESOME! The color look sooooo pretty in person. It's purple but not super. girly, and it just look soooooo nice. I love that it folds up so well. I have always love Chicco's product because you can tell they really put effort in designing their stuff. I really don't like it when booster chair's strap just all dangle and get drag around, this seat has specific slot to roll them up and hide the straps in! (I would complain that they didn't use elastic and used very short and tight strap with velcro. It works if you work hard for it, but as parents, we don't really have patience or time, you know? If you have ergobaby carrier, you would know why I prefer the elastic to roll up the straps, it just works so much better) Enough rant though, my kid really love it. I like that it can function as a little chair for them on it's own, which make this even better! I love that I can find use for it even outside of meal time. ... show more
