I've done a lot of comparison shopping for this. When it says 3-in-1, Chicco means it! The seat is a booster for the table, A seat that can be set on the floor with the tray for feeding, and a toddler chair- how neat! But the greatest thing is the weight! This thing is so light, that you can carry it around one-handed. This makes it great to take to Grandma's house as well as to restaurants. It is so compact, you don't fill the trunk with baby stuff. It even fits under the bed, when storing it at Grandma's. As long as the baby can sit up, you could do away with your high chair if needed. Chicco is quality! I have a Chicco car seat and nothing has beat the brand yet. I am excited to add this to the baby collection. The seat is so compact and adjustable, but the color is what got me to investigate in the first place. In love with the color! It is neither lilac nor purple, it is somewhere out there- great for either gender, really. They call the color Mochi. It reminds me of the purple sweet potato, ube. It really gives you a minimalistic feel in your house- it kind of blends. Oh, I do not have to put a towel onto our dining room chairs to protect the finish, which looked so sloppy before, as this seat has some kind of rubber-type feet! You can put the tray, which snaps on, into the dishwasher- how cool! This is value for your dollar. The cheaper brands are selling their seats for a lot more with fewer features, more bulk, and less quality. I've compared! Highly recommended! ... show more

My baby is still learning to sit in this chair all alone, but he is so happy to sit in with little help. Easy to use, wash. Multipurpose and can be carried anywhere portably. Doesn't take up much space. Only thing i felt was it would have been better if there was strap around arms just like in car seat. It would have been more safer when used as chair. ... show more

They really thought of everything with this very helpful booster seat/chair. It supports that new high chair user, with a secure belt (with adjustable 3 point harness) and tray in front. And that tray can go in the dishwasher? I love it. I think I encourage use of this portable chair the most when you go out to eat, because (as a waitress for quite a while) I can confirm that you have NO idea when that booster seat for your little one was washed down last. This folding, lightweight little chair lets you take your own accommodations WITH you! So ideal! And so much safer - not only with reference to the previously considered germs, but you'll know how well your child will be strapped into the seat at your table. I am so impressed with this cool little chair. It grows with your child - allowing him/her to have their own seat for reading, eating or watching movies. It hold up to a 50 lbs. little person. And if you are expecting a high price for something so well designed and ideal for your child, well, you'll be as surprised as I was at it's current price of $29.99. This is an ideal baby shower gift. The parents will love it! As a final note: Part of a child's development is eating together with their family; being social.
