Scrub top fits me very well. I am 6'4" and the top is long enough so it doesn't ride up when I sit down. I weigh about 250 and the XL Tall fits me very well. There isn't a ton of extra material around the mid section.

I was very impressed with this scrub top, so much so that I ordered another one. I work in a clinical lab and don't like to wear my street clothes to work because they can get damaged. This scrub was a good price, the material is nice and medium weight, not too thin, not too thick, and between the two tops I can get through the work week. These are working well for me. I originally got large top and bottom,but the pants were huge. I don’t think of myself as abnormally proportioned, but large top and medium bottom works best for me.

I cannot comment on durability yet, but it fits good. I could get away with a large size, but I like to be flexible for those who reach across the IP yoga moves. They come out of the washer less wrinkled than this one. Fell asleep after that double shift you know? Lastly, they are much cooler than the standard cotton but make sure you get the front pockets ordered if that's what you want they have another version that does not come with front pockets.
