Here are my body stats: I'm 5' 9" (with work shoes on), 170 lbs with evenly-proportioned body type (natural waist 34" / hips 42" / average thighs), normal ladies pant size 12/14 (or L/XL) with a 31"-32" inseam (reg/long). I work in a school kitchen/cafeteria, a hot & messy job, requiring a high standard of cleanliness (sound like a hospital?). Black pants required & lightweight scrubs seemed a great solution. I zeroed in on this style (#24001) because of their their cute, modern look + functionality (stretch was a MUST). Read LOTS of reviews on these & decided to ignore the sizing chart provided because, over & over, these were said to run large & long. Instead of ordering Large Tall (according to size chart), I ordered a Medium Reg. After trying them on wearing my work shoes, they are overall a perfect fit for my particular figure (not tight, but not too loose) & just long enough so pant hems are about 1/2" from touching floor (I hate high-waters). They are a flattering cut/style. The fabric is lighter-weight but still durable with just enough stretch & give. The soft waistband feels great & the drawstring keeps them up. Would definitely buy again!!

***Edit: I repurchased these scrubs in eggplant and black, since my others fit so nice. The extra small size was baggy and I have not lost weight since this post. I’m hoping with washes they will shrink. The waist band wasn’t made as well as the last set, so in my black pair of XS the elastic band inside flips over. Bottom line: Not as impressed this go around. *** These are my absolute favorite scrub pants. The soft elastic waist band combined with drawstring provide comfort and excellent fit. I am 5'1 and 123 lbs. carrying my weight evenly throughout my body. The x-small are form fitting, and the smalls are more of a comfortable relaxed fit. I own pants in both sizes and I like them both but I think I prefer the x-small fit. The core stretch scrub top with the back pocket is an awesome pair up with these pants. I work as an RN on a cardiac Med surg floor and these scrubs are so functional and comfortable. I tell everyone about them.

I’ve been a long-time wearer of Dickies and Grey’s anatomy pants. I bought these hoping for a more affordable option, and they did NOT disappoint. I actually like them better than the aforementioned brands, not only because of the price, but because the fit is so much more flattering. I typically wear a small/tall (since I wear danskos to work). I ordered these, and initially had some regrets after reading that the pants were much too long for most people. Mine fit perfectly. They don’t drag the ground when wearing my danskos, but also don’t turn into high waters the moment I sit down. I love where the waist sits, and because they have a pseudo control top, I don’t ever have to worry about gaping in the back when I’m bending or squatting. They’re form fitting, but not tight by any means. I still have full range of motion when wearing them, and don’t have to worry about an accidental seam tearing. They have plenty of pockets, and so far I haven’t had any issues with pens/instruments falling out at random times. This is a major complaint I have with Greys and dickies. Overall, so happy with this purchase. These will be my go-to for scrub pants from here on out.

I am 5'4", 120lb, hip measurement is 38-39", inseam is 28". I ordered these in a petite small (as that's where my hip measurements placed me), but also ordered a petite x-small just to see. The size different between a small and a large length was was fine, hips were even fine and manageable. But the size difference in the thighs were tremendous. Even laying them flat on the bed, there were inches of extra material around the thighs of the small. Having the smalls on, I felt as though my thighs were swimming in material and all you could hear when I was walking around was the excess material. Whereas the x-small fits good at my waste, is more form fitting in my thighs, but not tight. Personal preference, I am sticking with the x-small. Hopefully this helps anybody debating between sizes!
