I love this brand. In some scrub pants, the Cherokee infinity for example, I can fit in a medium comfortably, sometimes a small. These pants I wear tall small. The waist is a tad bigger which is fine for me, but just a tad tight in the thighs, and personally, I think I’m not one with big thighs so that’s something to be cautious for. I only notice it if I bend down or like kneel down. The length is long for the tall size! I’m 6’0 and they reach the floor and might even drag a 1/2 inch or so, but I prefer it that way. There’s two side pockets and a back pocket on the back right. I wash them with my other scrubs but hang dry to make sure they don’t shrink (especially afraid of shrinking in the thigh). Overall, I love this Brand scrub pants and 3 pairs.

These pants are just what I was looking for. I need a little "looseness" around the belly area, and they have that. Yet the drawstring allows a little tighter fit around the waist. I'm happy with the material. I'm NOT into the "drape on your foot" style (in fact, I was concerned about stepping on the excess and falling) so I did take 3 inches off the bottom. Now that I know how to adjust them to work for me, I'm ordering a couple more colors.
