Great top but....I ordered the XL. It is not as snug as I would like but very comfortable and roomy. My biggest issue is with both left and right shoulder seams. I bought multiple tops so it isn't just a fluke. There is too much fabric causing "peaks" at the top of both shoulders. It might be normal for this brand BUT the best way to describe how it looks to me; it's as if it was made to add shoulder pads or was hanging on a hanger which caused the fabric to stretch out. I am hoping a smaller size will help solve it. Even though I have wide shoulders and muscular arms, it is visible and just weird. I weigh 195-200 lbs. and I'm 5'5" with a tomboy build and carry my weight in the middle; I wear 40C bras, barely have any waist, short torso, and wear 38-40 in. (16-18) pants with 30" inseam. I liked that it's length helped camouflage my belly. I normally wear L-XL tops and a solid numeric size 18 up top. Having muscular arms, I feel the top allowed for plenty of room. It didn't have side slits but still offered "hip" room. It had a good number of pockets. I will be returning but like it enough to try again with a Large. P.S. the navy is not a dark navy, it's brighter than true navy ... show more

OH MY GOSH!! These have got to be the best scrubs I have ever worn! I cannot explain how comfortable and light weight the material is! It is made with a complete stretch throughout, fits snugly up top, and drapes nicely down lower. I like my scrub pants to fit well up top because I feel I am constantly pulling them up otherwise. Not these!!! I have a very hard time with pants because the waist never fits in proportion to my bum, which is very frustrating. These fit both a small waist and bigger backside very comfortably (I know it's weird, but I did include a pic for proof that it won't gap in back at the waist)!! The stretch waist band is so soft and stretchy but actually stays in place, even when I squat down (which happens a lot in nursing!). I've seen more than my share of bums hanging out of the top of scrub bottoms that don't stay put (I included squat pics for proof!) The waist band also had a pocket in it (pictured). You can really bend and flex in these as if you were wearing gym pants! Also, the regular length is long! I love longer pants, and these are it. They would work well for you taller gems! I am 64" tall and I have to stand on my tip toss for them to be mostly flushed with my forefoot. You will not regret this purchase! Trust me! ... show more
