I'm 5'5", 155lbs, 32" waist with 42" hips. Usually, I order a Large/XL pants online. I ordered a Large according to the size charge. It was too large as these pants measure on the larger end of the size range. It's best to size down. They were also long and flare at the bottom. You may have to hem them or narrow the flare for certain work environments. They are great quality with sturdy fabric; I didn't see any rips or tears. I am returning my large for a medium. These just arrived today. I tried them on and although they are just a tad baggy they look great! The material is a bit rough but it seems a lot more sturdy then some of the scrubs I have bought. I think these ones will probably last longer as well. I am 5'7' and the regular size was the perfect length. I often end up with "high waters" and it drives me nuts! I wear a large in Walmart scrubs so ordered a L and it fit pretty well. Probably could have done M but will be a perfect fit if there is any shrinkage in the wash. The legs are just a bit looser too which is nice for me because I have bigger thighs and when you are bending over so much it can get annoying having to adjust your pants 80 million times... AND having to pick your underpants out of your rear... yes... I just said that! Anyways, all in all it was a good buy for the price. I will most likely be buying a few more pairs. ... show more

I've been wearing Cherokee scrub pants for years. Unfortunately, they keep changing the styles. I purchased a size large but they are really big in the waist. Luckily, there's a drawstring, but that makes the waist bunched up and slouchy looking. I'm keeping them because I already hemmed the legs. They are really long. ... show more

I am a size 14 and curvy in my belly and rear and I ordered a size Large. These fit perfectly. I am 5'7 and the length is also perfect. They barely show my socks when I sit, but they don't drag on the floor when I'm standing. The material is like a cotton/poly and is very comfortable. There might be a little stretch in the fabric, but not a lot - just enough to be comfortable. The stretch is in the waste for sure. I would say the Large probably fits sizes 12-16 best with more room if you're on the smaller end, but probably not overly tight if you're on the lower end of a size 16. If you're pushing an 18, I would size up for sure. Ordering another pair; I highly recommend! 1/2 the price of my heartstrings and grey's and they look just as good -- totally worth it! ... show more

I use these scrub pants for nursing. They was well and last a long time. They run a little big in the waist (But you can use the drawstring to fix that or just order a size smaller) and long in the length but I have very long legs so I usually buy tall. I bought these in regular length for my daughter to wear at a factory for work. She loves them. They don’t stain and good for movement and don’t wrinkle as much as thinner materials do. ... show more
