I am a first time scrubs buyer, so I didn't know exactly what to expect. I knew that unisex scrubs would run a little large, but not to this extent. I usually wear a size small in women's tops and a unisex/men's small is a little large on me. I'm 5'7 and 120lb. This said, I got an extra small and it was past my butt and the sleeves were past my elbow. I ended up returning it and getting an extra extra small. The top covers my butt a little bit and the sleeves are regular length on me. The material is thick and stiff. After 2 washes, the top did get softer but is still somewhat stiff. I'm guessing after 2 more washes the material will lighten up. Overall, this is a good quality top and the color matches the image exactly, just runs a little large.

I like scrub shirts as casual shirts in venues where that can work. Scrub shirts with waist pockets really became the go to shits for me during the pandemic: These pockets are the ideal place to store masks such as foldable KN95's. Since shirts are normally washed after a single day's wearing, the pockets are a relatively clean place to store the masks. The unisex originals are very durable; ones I bought three years ago are almost indistinguishable from brand new ones after the first wash of the newer ones. Being unisex, they give my chest plenty of roomy comfort. I especially like the Caribbean Blue (dark teal) and teal (light teal) colors, which my favorite Landau scrubs (5 stars) don't offer. The Cherokee Originals also offer more deeply saturated blues. Recommended!

If you need a long scrub top to cover a long torso--this is your scrub without a doubt! With a center back length of at least 32 inches, this shirt reaches halfway down my backside. Of course, just like most scrubs, the unisex fit and length means that the top does not fit perfectly in all areas (little big in the shoulder/bust area), but for where it matters...you cannot beat it. I can bend and move without worry of showing my everything. You cannot do better than the price, either. Though the material is that "sandpaper/slough off dead skin" feel, this shirt meets my needs and wants. If you need a long scrub top, please do not shop around for forever or pay out the yazoo for something "designer" or custom when you can get this little gem.
