I’m wearing this jacket over scrubs, because our office is very cold at times. Okay, most times. This is just the right weight to keep me comfortable without feeling smothered. I did buy one size larger so it would fit over my hips when zipped, this means the shoulders are maybe 3/4” too wide on either side. But the sleeves are comfortable (I’ve got big upper arms) and the woven parts (front, back, and sleeves) have a really nice stretch. Cuffs, bottom edge, and parts of the pockets are a very soft knit that feels cottony even though it’s mostly polyester and spandex. I was really looking for a plain, soft, lightweight scrub jacket with stretch. This jacket is just meh for me. For reference, I purchased 1 size bigger than I wear because I like jackets big. I feel like it is true to size though. It's a nice long length, good fabric, the pockets are a good size, and the zipper is nice. There's 2 things that make it meh for me. The collar is high and stays up, so the zipper is always in my chin unless I fold it under. The sleeves don't easily pull up, so it's frustrating when you want to wash your hands or you're a little warm, but don't want to remove the jacket. Those two things make me not want to buy it again.
