It's so hard to find cotton anymore! This is what I was looking for, like original type scrubs. Yes, it fits a little bigger but that is because it is a T-shaped shirt, meaning the sleeves weren't sewn on separately and there are no shoulder seams. The main seam is up the back. I find it comfortable and more breathable than polyester. I washed it the first time in hot water and dried it in the dryer, just to see. If it shrank any it was unnoticeable and the color was still good. I dont like tight shirts, I could possibly go down a size and still be ok, but this one is not so loose that It looks bad. I am a plus sized, curvy woman. I have larger arms, chest size is not well endowed. I ordered the 2XL. It fits. Usually I hate how low a v-neck is cut. But this one, out of the package is actually too high. Hopefully, with a few washes it will soften up, otherwise I am going to feel like I am dying. Just feel like, not actually gonna. I wish companies could have several different fits based on people’s body type. Or at least use a little more material in the arms for a big or tall person. I have never seen a big person with pencils for arms ( just saying). I have such a difficult time finding something that fits the hip and arm area that isn’t too big everywhere else. Note, this top does fit just fine in the hip area, actually have plenty room. I may order one a size up and compare. ... show more

I got a large and it was so big, it fits like an XL. I don’t like the material, it feels course, but may be better after a wash and there’s no stretch to it. It has the regular 2 pockets in the front…I sent it back, but I’m gonna get a M.
