My husband works in a medical office and he says the pants are very comfy. The pockets are pretty deep but tight around the exit. We ordered 2x and they fit him very well. Glad I read the reviews and sized down. There is a tie on the front as well.

I bought a pair of these scrub pants a few years ago and they’re at the end of their life. In all fairness, I wear these hard at work and have loved them. I’d bought a medium at that time and they fit great. For reference, I’m 6ft tall, 205#, 35in waist, 32in inseam. I went to a scrub shop in the area and the medium I’d tried on there was a bit too tight and they didn’t have a large to try on. I jumped onto Amazon, bought the large and they were falling off of me… I could’ve probably just tied the drawstring tightly, but that’s not be all that comfortable, especially for the shift lengths that I work. With that said, I think that the medium was either cut too small or the large was cut too big… Or both :)… What I can tell you is that it was the legs that were a bit too tight on the mediums I tried on at the shop, so if you have average to slender legs (mine are on the bigger side from weight lifting), I’m sure the mediums will fit you well.

THIS IS A CUT & PASTE REVIEW FROM THE PREVIOUS PURCHASES I bought FIVE sets of Cherokee scrubs for my son. He LOVES them, especially the slight flexibility of the fabric which make them "very comfortable". Cherokee outsources the sewing of the scrubs, but I have to say the workmanship is impeccable (unlike other experiences I've had with outsourced clothing).

i am overweight and have huge thighs but these fit me very well. they are a tad bit tighter in the thigh area, but otherwise i don’t feel restricted and can easily move around in these. they are also quite long, but any scrubs i get are usually too long anyways lol. i can easily tuck them into my shoes or roll them up, so no biggie. definitely recommend for people with bigger thighs, especially women since “women’s sizes” are pretty crap LOL

These are my son’s favorite scrub pants because of the comfort, fit and pockets. Unfortunately two pairs have needed to be repaired because the stitching is coming undone. One pair has only been worn a handful of times and they just aren’t holding up like we expected.
