All I can say is, I need a "SMedium"! Small + Medium = smedium! Small is too tight, and medium just a bit too big. Otherwise, very pleased with this scrub pant and the quality---can't beat the price for these, either. I really like the fact that the cargo pockets are in just the right spot, too. No front pockets- a plus, if you ask me. They just make a person look dumpy, and. if you're already a little on the "hip-py" side, well, that's not so good. I know scrubs aren't supposed to be for fashion, but they should fit well and be somewhat flattering. I also like they do not have any elastic in the waistline. That way, if you're feeling a little fat or bloaty that day, you can let them out a little. :) Nice scrub pant for the money. Color is decent and doesn't fade too quickly like some of the other brands do. Would recommend these to anyone in the healthcare industry. I mean, what's better than getting to wear (almost) pajamas to work every day? Very comfy. Also, not too heavy, not too hot. When you're up running around clinic all day, a big plus.

The quality has gone down from a year ago. The waist band used to have stretch all the way around and now it is just the flat woven cord. Also the pockets are smaller and also missing two upper pockets for left and right sides compared to the better earlier style. The earlier style also had a front zipper. I just could not find the combination of features found on the earlier style without going to a skinny draw string that is hard to untie from a double knot. I'll have to modify these to make them useful.

I'm 5'2", so I order the short. In the past, a short would be the perfect length. These are about 3 inches too long. Have you heard "short in the stride"? That's the measurement from the front wasteband to the back wasteband. It means there is no room for movement, not tight, just not any room to keep the material from touching your inside upper thigh or privates. I prefer elastic instead of a tie. I do not like the material the tie is made of. I tied once and had difficulty getting it untied. After that I just tied the 2nd step of tying and went right to the bow part. It worked. The price is okay. The material reminds me of polished cotton a little bit. the pants have polyester in them, which means they won't breate well.

So I must start out that the price of these pants was what drew me to them! I am a RN so I’m used to wearing scrubs but I bought these for the purpose of helping my painting contractor father on a job. Scrub wise they are a little rough, but they are comfy. You could easily wear them for a shift. You do need to wear white/tan underwear because the white is a little see through with colored underwear. Durability wise, I’m using them to do construction style work and they are holding up well. In a clinical setting they certainly will last. Size. This is one of my qualms... I wear a size 10-12 so I ordered the large, but they are baggy. Also they are long i’m 5’7 and they are just way too long for me. I’ve had to tuck them. Overall I will probably be ordering another pair and trying the mediums because you just can’t beat the price. Overall a decent pair of pants.
