Saw all the reviews saying how big the pants were so I ordered a medium which is typically my unisex size-yeah my thighs didn’t fit at all. These pants are more straight legged/men’s cut. If you are curvier and want a baggy fit, consider sizing up. I’m not sure why there are so many negative comments about the drawstring. Unisex- Medium Cherokee scrub pants- were a little snug on thighs- I wouldn't purchase again. A little to much of a bell bottoms look. I'm 5'4 180 lb female

The fit is definitely on the slim side. While I'm no "chicken legs" they're a good fit. Had them hemmed which added to the cost, but that was expected. Nice, really.

My long waisted body type doesn't work with mid or low rise scrubs. These work great for me. I've always thought Cherokee makes good quality scrubs. Carribean Blue is a beautiful color too!

I thought as a uni-sex design, and with most women shorter than me, as a 6 foot male, a medium long would perhaps fit. it didn't. much too long. I don't think there was a lot of help on the size descriptions to help me find a size that would have fit me. I don't really know how many stars this should get. The pants were agreat fit and look nice on, but the drawstring in the waistband is not good at all. If I could take it out, I would put elastic in its place.
