The shirts are a true white and are comfortable, not scratchy or itchy and they wash up very well. They hold up well and stains come out pretty good just need to pre-treat and or bleach. I am in the restaurant industry. I wear these every day and they take a lot of abuse and a lot of washes and they have held up great so far. They’re easy to iron and can come out of the dryer pretty wrinkle free. They are true to size normally I wear a medium. I got this for a tuxedo Im wearing. The fit is slim and flattering. I like that the buttons are hidden. Overall a stylish dress shirt for the price. Im 5’5” 130 lbs and ordered a small.

Well made, attractive shirt for work as a server. Love that the buttons are hidden. Fitted and made from a decent quality material. I have a number of tattoos, and you can see them slightly through the shirt. A note on sizing: having tried on other Chef Works shirts before, I ordered a small (though I’m usually somewhere between a S/M for other brands). This shirt is a bit more fitted and smaller cut than their gingham version. If between sizes, I would recommend sizing up, as the fit is quite tight in the shoulders. There is a pleat on the back that puckers and becomes noticeable. For reference I am 5’9”, 155lbs, and a 34C.

This shirt has greatly diminished in quality. Chef Works is NOT the dependable, go-to product that it used to be. Comparing this recent purchase to the exact same ones from just 8 months ago is like night and day. Very thin material and smaller cut, terrible fit. Totally unacceptable. Shop around, avoid Chef Works if possible.
