I usually run hot, so putting a Chef's jacket on, even for 30 minutes, makes me soooo hot and uncomfortable. This one is perfect. And you can't really see the vents when talking to customers or whatever.

Purchased this for my husband who typically wears a 3x and has a long-ish torso. The material and structure feels sturdy. It's much too nice for just a costume and I think it would be good quality for work. The upper arm sleeves/shoulders were just a touch snug.
