The half back ventilation keeps you super comfortable, doesn’t mean you won’t sweat but it breathes super well, and the stitching is so durable it stands up 100% better than the cheaper jackets available out there. Purchased one to see how it fit. Got a large. Like that it’s a short sleeve coat, the material is not too bulky, and the best thing about this chef coat it’s that the back has a breathable mesh. Perfect for hot kitchens and the coat doesn’t break the bank. Ended up buying 3 and considering more.

I usually buy my shirts in large as I have a wide chest and if you'd like a coat to suit you a little more fitted, I would recommend a medium. I love how light and comfortable this is. It's very stylish and keeps you cool in the high heat kitchens. Buy more than one!
