Got this for my husband who loves pickles. I am not a fan of sticking fingers in the jar. He may or may not be guilty ;) but I know men... This little gadget is perfect. It fits perfectly on the small jars (it comes with 2 sizes) and is not bulky or gets in the way. The fork part is very sharp and easily grabs the pickles. The pouch is sized with plenty of room for drips and holds the fork great without it dangling. It does have a gripper that also aids in holding the fork up top, so everything is very secure. I only gave 4 stars because we've only been using a few weeks and I can't comment on the durability or longevity of it. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and price. It is a convenient and useful gadget. And I personally like the peace of mind it gives me. We've only used on small and medium sized pickles.
