This mirror works great. I love the two different lighting modes. I don't love where the icons are that you touch to control the lights - could be in a more subtle place. Also, each time you turn it on, you have to toggle through the different light colors to get to the one you want. Wish it would just go to the one that you selected last. Installation instructions are minimal. Be careful when installing the cleats that hold up the mirror as the screws holes are not lined up and it makes it easy to create a non level installation. Also it doesn’t seem possible to deactivate the lit buttons, like my other mirrors. Those blue light remain on when the lights are off. ... show more

    • Pretty but won't last long (UPDATE 9/1)

Everything has been fine up until this past week(at the 3month mark). I noticed the light just started flickering on & off and decided to unplug it and hopefully a miracle happened and it would work normal again next time. Turned it on again today, for about 45 mins it was good and all of a sudden it started doing the same thing again. My replacement window has closed and now I don't know what to do. I can't find any leads to the sellers info and I really don't feel like dropping another $300+ on a mirror. It's such an inconvenience because I use this mirror for work purposes 🙃 I'm pissed to say the least. Update- once customer service contacted me, everything got resolved.     • What I was expecting

So this was the perfect mirror and size for my makeup vanity. I was looking for a front lit, plug in mirror and got exactly what I expected. The only issue I have with this mirror is the touchscreen buttons lights never turn off or fade while on or off. It is a little bit annoying especially at night while they glow blue. Which means I will have to unplug this when not in use. It is also slightly distracting while looking in mirror but I am sure over time that will become less of an issue for me. But this is easy to install, easy to use and gives off excellent lighting. Would I recommend? Sure but I would rather look for one that has a better touchscreen button that actually fades or is mostly invisible. ... show more
