I have never tried Charlotte Tilbury make up before, I thought this kit would be a wonderful way to sample it and see if I liked it. I will say that pink is definitely not a color that I normally purchase, and everything about this kit emphasizes the color pink. I would consider the colors closer to mauve, but maybe that’s splitting hairs. The first thing that it comes with is a lip liner, which is creamy and smooth, and just a tad bit darker than the lipstick. I thought it would be too light on me as I normally prefer berry tones, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. The second item in the kit is mascara, and as an FYI I don’t have a lot of lashes, but this did better than average on the sparse ones that I do have. I really will not fault it for any problems on the mascara front due to the fact that my lashes are so thin. The real prize for me was the discovery of the lipstick. It is a deep mauve, at least as I said that’s what I would consider the color to be, and I absolutely love it. This is not a color I would’ve ever picked out for myself, but it is a color I plan to chase down. It’s the perfect balance between having a full dressed lip and a naked lip where you look just made up enough. And it smells wonderful! It seems odd to say the lipstick smells good, but everything in this kit smells heavenly. The last little pot is for a blush and eyeshadow cream which looks fantastic on both eyes and cheeks. This is a little kit that you could throw in a make up bag and in a pinch have enough to wake up in the morning, spend five minutes on and feel at least made up enough to go out and face the day. Charlotte Tilbury is a midscale cosmetic brand, and one that I would purchase again. The products are obviously good-quality, the pigments are rich and the colors beautiful. I can honestly find no fault with this and would definitely purchase it again. .

I was surprised that this wasn't a tin of tiny travel sized products. The mascara is a smaller one, but the lipstick, eyecream and lip liner are full size. I got the Pillow Talk Nude Pink....a light mocha/slightly pink/slight rose shade that I think would be flattering to ANY skin tone. It isn't heavy. It isn't too creamy. It isn't too oily. Again surprised, because it was so perfect. I am a senior citizen and I appreciate that it isn't TOO anything. It feels good on the lips and it would be perfect for work or evenings out. The cream eyeshadow is also absolutely perfect. I have Irish Skin and hazel eyes that do change with what I am wearing. This brings out the blue/green. It is also light, and while adding depth and interest, I don't look "made up". the lip liner perfectly matches the lipstick. I appreciate that the lipstick really is long-wearing. It stays through dinner and stays off your wine glass. really does. This would make an ideal present for anyone on your list....young or old. The pink heart shaped tin would be cute for a young girl to store her special keepsakes.

This is a cute gift set in a fun heart-shaped tin, but unfortunately the product information is incorrect. It says it comes with a liquid highlighter blush, but mine did not. It had a mini mascara instead. The mascara is fine, but I didn't need it. I was very interested in trying the blush. It does, however, come with a full size lipstick, not a mini. The cream eyeshadow is a beautiful mauve-copper color. Matter of fact, I would think all of the colors in this set would be complimentary on a wide range of skin tones. They're very flattering. I had a hard time getting the cap off the lip liner and I broke a bit of the tip off. So just use caution and don't be like me! This is a great way to sample several CT products. This would also make a great xmas, bday, or valentine's day gift. I will also note that none of the products come sealed, not even the tin.

Wow, the pillowtalk lip set really is worth the hype maybe! Glad I got to try a small one. The lip liner is definitely the main attraction for me - perfect lip color for my pale skin. Excellent control of line strentgth too - I like to do a light blurred overline and this does it with ease. The lipstick is in the same pretty color but it is matte/dry af! Do not attempt on unprepped lips... I found I was able to layer a gloss on OK which was great The eye shadow is pretty too, although hard to apply imo the tub is so tiny you need a separate brush ofc. It's got a shimmer which I personally don't love but it's still pretty! The mascara was surprisingly nice too! I honestly wasn't planning on keeping since I have so many and mostly use browns+alt colors now but it was nice enough to keep!! Nice applicator, pigmented af black, definitely lengthens, doesn't clump too easily but if that's the look you're looking for then multiple swipes does so quite chicly! Small size makes it easy to travel with too
