Chantilly eau de toilette has been a favorite fragrance for decades. Years ago it was readily available in many stores, but in the last few years, it has been very difficult to find. I was down to my last few drops when I found it on line. It is the same attractive bottle and the same magnificent scent. It arrived quickly and I m very pleased. I ordered this because Chantilly was one of my favorite fragrances years ago. I don’t know why they changed it, but it is only slightly reminiscent of the old fragrance. It doesn’t suck, and I like it well enough, but I’d hoped that it would be more like it used to be, hence the four star rating.

This is my mom’s favorite perfume. She’s worn it for 60 years and 85 years old. She gets lots of compliments. I’m not a fan of the perfume when she first puts it on. But it lightens up after 30 minutes. Hope this helps.

I love perfume, have since I was 13 years old wearing my first "designer" fragrance Fiji by Guy Laroche. Chantilly is my favorite everyday scent and I don't feel ready for the day without it! It smells so warm and spicy, there's Carnation in there and is very soothing to me. I hope they never change the formula. It is nuanced and lasts on the skin.
