nice dyed pockets, comfortable waistband, good fit on the top half.. but the calf area is so tight.. a little too tight to be comfortable in my opinion.. the elastic at the ankles is nice and relaxed feeling.. it seems difficult to find normal sweatpants made of mostly cotton

The material feels like it's good quality, but I've only had them a short time so we'll see how well they hold up. I've purchased these Champion sweat pants multiple times in the past (same size - Large), and always enjoyed them; they had a loose and comfortable fit, with high-quality materials and standards. However, this latest pair that I bought are not the same. The quality is still high, the pants are well-made. But the fit is much tighter in the lower legs, too tight in my opinion. When I stand up, there's a small amount of looseness in the lower legs, but when I sit down they go skin-tight in the knees and calves. Every other area of the pants still fit fine (seat, hips, waist), so I don't think I need a larger size. I'm assuming it's just the style they chose to employ. And while I understand that it's currently trendy to have tight-fitting lower legs in trousers, I personally want a looser fit when it comes to athletic clothing. Working out is about *moving* freely, and in these pants, my legs feel restricted. ... show more

I ordered a large tall for my son who wears a 34” inseam and 33 waist. They are a little longer than most other brand talls but he likes them since not many pants are longer. They are comfortable and the elastic bottoms stop them from being walked on. He is slim 6’2 and 170 pounds so they are a little bigger on him and we could have gone with a medium but went up so they would last longer. Good buy for the price and the durability. He wears them for wrestling practice and are holding up well. Would buy again and recommend. Recommend going by the size chart when ordering. ... show more
