I'm 5' 10" tall, weight 165 lbs with a 32" waist. I wear a size medium shirt and athletic shorts and pants. The medium size is too small so I reordered them in a large. I find that most brand name underwear sizes run small so if you're athletic and have muscular legs and buttocks, I would highly recommend ordering a size larger than what's given in the sizing guide. These are better than brands that cost twice as much. The band elastic holds up very well over time. I've had pairs for years that have never lost their form around the band. Size is about what you'd expect. The color stays after zillions of wash cycles. Quite comfortable and durable.
