    • Fantastic replacement. They've breathed life back into my "old faithful" Aeron!
My original arm rests had started splitting. I was excited to see that there are options to keep this trustworthy Aeron chair in tip-top shape, and these replacements did just that. I saw a few listed so spun the wheel and landed on these. They're not quite a 'spongy' as the original arm rests, but they're soft, they fit PERFECTLY, and they're comfortable and look great! Installation is a breeze with just two screws per armrest needing to be removed, and they work perfectly. For <$25 you can't beat these! No smells or weirdness (I saw that in some of the other reviews and products) and they came really well packaged so very unlikely to get damaged in transit. We're back rockin' and rollin' with a good-as-new Aeron again!! ... show more

This armrest DOES NOT FIT a Herman Miller Aeron. In foto right original armrest that has a rectangular form, and the replacement that has NOTHING TO DO with the original form feel duped!!

    • Fine quality and fit. Just wish they came with screws.
These are quality, well fitting arm rests. I just wish they came with the screws as I lost mine.
