I LOVE these boots. The arch support is unmatched, I would highly recommend to anyone with a higher arch. I love that they don’t have any zippers and just pull on. I wore these all winter long in Michigan and didn’t have any issues!! The tread is perfect and the waterproofing is pretty good! My feet were always dry after being outside in the snow. These are amazing, so comfortable and style wise very versatile. I needed these for a trip to Ireland and Scotland, unfortunately these ran a bit big for me so I had to return. I definitely plan on buying the next size down when I get back!

I have many Chacos both in sandals and shoes and I so badly wanted to keep these. They felt like they'd last forever!! THey look great, the leather is spectacular. The heel felt odd to me. It felt like the heel was at a wrong angle so that I was hitting the ground with the portion of the heel that is toward the forefoot instead of the back of the heel - that caused me to walk funny. It might've worn down and been perfect but, for the price, I just couldn't take that chance. I also wear 10 wide (womens) and these were regulars - they were a bit narrow but being leather I think they'd have stretched enough to be comfortable. Sadly, they did go back.

I like them, but sizing was an issue. All the reviews said to size up. I wear a 9 in a boot. I ordered 9.5 at first. Way too big. Exchanged for a 9. Still big even with an insole and thick socks. Might be a bit of a problem if they stretch. I do like the style and they are comfortable.

Only reason it isn’t a 5 star I just because I took the inserts out that came with the shoe and put my own in but that’s only because I have really flat feet so the High arch insert didn’t work for me. But besides that, they’re amazing! Worn basically every day through my Colorado snowy winter and up in the mountains multiple times and they’ve been amazing. Sturdy, waterproof, comfortable. I can wear low no-show socks and it doesn’t rub or I can layer up thicker socks for warmth and they’re great!

I read the reviews that these have high arches and boy, they aren't kidding. I thought I could get away with them but they were terribly uncomfortable on my average arches. I also found them to be a narrow fit. Technically I don't have wide feet but they are right on the border between normal and wide. I returned them.

I ordered these for a trip to Scotland. Love the look but they were not comfortable for me. Of course some might find them extremely comfortable, but I didn’t. The toe area was narrow and the heel was way too tight. The heel pinched yet slipped when I walked. I ordered both an 8 and a 8.5 and neither worked. The arch support did feel nice though. The squeaking sounds in hard surfaces would also be a bit embarrassing. I love Chaco and I’m always impressed with their designs and comfort but these didn’t work for me. Hope this helps!

I am a 10.5 and 11s are usually a little big. These are way too big and will go back. As expected, the arch support is fabulous and they are of great quality. I don't love the wide opening because it looks odd but will give them a chance in a size smaller.
